Trash Out and Other Services
Basic Full Property Trash-Out
REO Site-Prep will remove and properly dispose debris from the interior and exterior of the property. Each room is left in broom clean condition and documented with before and after photos
Sales Clean
In addition to the above, we can vacuum all carpets, mop the tiled or vinyl or hardwood floors in all living areas. All counters and tiled surfaces will be wiped and cleaned in the kitchen and bathrooms. Interior door knobs, windows and mirrors will be cleaned. Any missing or broken light bulbs will be replaced.
You may also elect to have our ongoing maid service every 60 days or so, until the property is sold. This involves touch-up cleaning, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows and floors.
Basic light interior repairs are offered as well. Damaged drywall, deteriorated carpet removal, and others are but a few that we can offer.
Lawn Service
REO Site-Prep can perform the initial or scheduled maintainance of the grounds with grass mowing and trimming of shrubs and/or trees. This includes blowing off all paved areas at sidewalks, driveways & patios. All lawn maintenance is performed in accordance with Client instructions.
Automobile Removal
REO Site-Prep can remove abandoned vehicles from vacant properties in accordance with Client instructions. and abiding by local ordinances.
Prices are determined for each of our various services after an assessment of the property has been conducted. Our fees are competitive and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.
