Property Securing Services
Re-Key / Lock Change Services
To prevent unauthorized entry, REO Site-Prep can Re-Key all locks to specific key codes OR can change any locks using one master key. When required, installation of a padlock, hasp, slide bolt, or other similar locks to secure the property are offered. Complete locksmith services are provided within 24 hours
Board-Up Service
REO Site-Prep can board or screen any open / broken door or window that a person or an animal could gain entry into. These services are completed on vacant properties in accordance with Client instructions OR per FHA/HUD Guidelines (when required)
Winterization
A thorough and complete draining of all plumbing (using air pressure to clear the system of water) and heating systems are done. We then add a non-toxic anti-freeze to all of the traps and fixtures, the toilets are taped, and a Winterization Notice is clearly posted.
