         When there is a need to see and understand your property's condition, but haven't the time - call REO Site-Prep.
         We understand the importance of timely and accurate information, and can provide you with any of your inspection needs.
         The information we provide may be of assistance with your BPO, Insurance Loss or Fannie Mae Form 30.
         Listed below are our most frequently requested inspections. Though many may be considered a Complete Home Inspection, Some are considered Field Services. Mix & Match - the choice is yours - you decide.

Home Inspections
         For over 10 years, REO Site-Prep President Len Hollick, has performed hundreds of Home Inspections and is a proud Member of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). He is also a Member of The Society of Field Inspectors (SOFI).
         His reporting system can be customized for any inspection need, and always includes digital photos. Each photo is captioned with comments pertaining to a concern within the property.

Drive-By and
Verify Occupancy

         REO Site-Prep will verify the occupancy status of your property and provide photo(s) at the property address. The status of and photo(s) are then forwarded to the Client's given email address.

Verify Occupancy and
Exterior Property Condition

         REO Site-Prep will check the occupancy status for you while viewing conditions of property's exterior. If we find concerns for any safety, deteriorated lawn conditions, abandoned vehicles, damaged or broken windows / doors, or that roofing problems exist, documented photos will be forwarded to the Client's given email address. Although this information will allow you to see specific areas of concern, it should not be construed as a full exterior inspection ( as noted on our what we inspect page).
         Interior Inspections are not attempted at this point. Again, the purpose is to verify occupancy and to determine any visible damages or situations that, if not addressed immediately, could lead to further damages or the issuance of a citation by the city.

Walk Thru
         Please note, that often times it is necessary for a property to be cleaned out (see our Trash Out & Other Services page), before an Inspection can be properly conducted. Therefore, Walk Thru Inspections are typically conducted as part of our bidding process to determine the overall interior condition for debri removal. Although a Walk Thru does not include any testing or certification, it may alert you to any immediate concerns or safety conditions that exist. The information and supporting Photos for Bid submission will be forwarded to the Client's given email address.

Mobile or Manufactured Homes
         REO Site-Prep will attempt to identify the VIN number and HUD tag, report if the property is affixed to the ground, and provide the property description. No interior inspections are offered unless the property is vacant and non-secure.
